MATTHEW 19:14
Weaving hopes into dreams. Bringing joy in the midst of sorrow.

The Dreamweaver Project is a new program founded and funded by the Heslin Family Foundation. Our purpose is simple: bring to life and reality the single most desired dreams of chronically critical or terminally ill individuals.

We know that many individuals and families are living with the painful reality of chronic diseases and terminal illnesses. Though we can’t change that situation, we can bring joy to individuals and their families by making dreams come to life.

We pride ourselves on making this program as accessible as possible to individuals and their families. Scroll down to learn more!

The Dreamweaver project is founded and funded by the Heslin Family Foundation. We specialize in making dreams come true.
How It Works

At Dreamweaver, we actively seek out and identify individuals who are chronically critical or terminally ill and work with them to create their dream project. Applicants may be invited by members of the Heslin Family Foundation or submit an application unsolicited for the Grant Committee to review. If the application is approved, the individual and/or family will work directly with the Foundation to make the dream become a reality.
