“As often as you did it to one of the least of My brothers and sisters, you did it to Me.”
MATTHEW 25:40
The Heslin Family Foundation is a California Nonprofit founded in 2019 to bring hope, comfort, and support to a hurting world.

We are a private family foundation that was founded to spread the gospel and provide funding for the basic necessities of housing, food, medicine and sustainable farming for the world’s poorest people. Now, the Heslin Family Foundation has expanded its scope to other projects as well, such as funding for Parkinson’s patients’ medical needs and making the dreams of terminally ill children come true.

LEARN ABOUT US

Every day, terminally ill children and their families face the hard reality that they won’t get to experience life as they expected. But in some of the darkest situations, light shines the brightest. We have seen the power of hope in the lives of these children, and the long lasting impact it can have on a hurting family.

The Heslin Family Foundation created the Dreamweaver Project to bring dreams to life for terminally ill children. We aim to be a bright light during a dark time, to bring joy and laughter to these families, and to make children’s wildest dreams become a reality.

LEARN ABOUT DREAMWEAVER

The motivation behind the Dreamweaver Project is simple. Our founders have a heart for children, for those without hope, and for those who are left behind in society. We want to bless children with life threatening illnesses and their families, and give them a gift they will never forget.

The Dreamweaver Project aims to make it simple for a child to receive this gift. Tell us your story, tell us your dream, and let us get to work.

Why did we get engaged in the fight against Parkinson’s?

Matt Heslin knows the ravaging effects of Parkinson’s Disease. Matt began experiencing the effects of Parkinson’s in 2013 and has suffered with it every day since. Not everyone who lives with Parkinson’s has the resources and support they need to thrive despite their diagnosis, which is why the Heslin Family Foundation supports organizations that are making life livable for victims of Parkinson’s.

Projects
to fight poverty

The heartbeat of the Heslin Family Foundation is to serve the poorest people on earth and spread God’s Word and love. We focus on financially supporting organizations that provide the basic necessities of food, shelter, and medicine to the people who need it desperately.

Some of the projects we have been involved in include housing and community development, disaster relief funds, and COVID-19 emergency food relief in countries like Nicaragua, Honduras, and others.

Funding projects that bring life and hope to those who need it most

The Heslin Family Foundation began as a compassionate response to the pain and poverty experienced in many countries around the world. Our heart is to see whole communities empowered and lifted out of poverty. We fund organizations that build fully integrated solutions including housing, medical centers, schools and sustainable economies, typically in South America but we are not confined to that region.
